Sarah and Craig’s beautiful, family-oriented garden party wedding took place back in August in Dunchurch, Warwickshire. Their ceremony was held at St Peter’s Church and was followed by a garden party reception in a PapaKåta sperry tent up the road at the bride’s parents’ home. Their day was all about family, with contributions to the details of the day from all sides. The flowers lining the tent were homegrown by the bride’s mother and grandfather, styling and planning were provided by her two sisters, and their wedding cake was lovingly made by an aunt.

Forest of Arden Wedding | Mariam & Samie

Mariam and Samie celebrated their Walima at the Forest of Arden in Birmingham at the start of July. I loved how colourful and visual Mariam and Samie’s Walima was and enjoyed filming all of the dancing including the traditional Afghan Attan Dance and Knife Dance. The Runner

I’m in the process of making a documentary about my husband Ed’s attempts to break 15 minutes for 5km. At the moment his PB is 15:09, set in the summer of 2015 at a Tipton Harriers open meet. I’ve been tagging along to nearly every race over the past 6 months to capture race footage, from grim cross country races under flight paths and grey skies (Donington Nationals) to blisteringly hot Midlands League events such as Tamworth where Ed has taken it upon himself to gather points for his team and navigate immovable barriers at speed. The steeplechase really is an event for masochists.
